Country classification follows the official IWA Country Classification list
At accreditation, delegates claiming the YWP rate will be required to present a valid identity document. Age (≤35) and country of origin will be verified on-site.
At accreditation, delegates claiming the LIC rate will be required to present a valid identity document confirming their country of origin as per the official IWA classification list.
Registrants must provide their IWA membership number during registration. Prior to the conference, the full list of names and membership numbers will be sent to IWA headquarters for verification. Delegates whose membership cannot be confirmed will be contacted and invited to renew or join IWA before the accreditation day. A fee adjustment may be requested at check-in if membership has lapsed or cannot be verified.
