6. Abstract Submission and Content

  • You confirm that you are the rightful author or have the right to submit the content;
  • You grant Young Water Professionals Italy a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the submitted material for conference organization, publication in proceedings, or promotional purposes related to the event;
  • You remain the owner of your intellectual property.
  • We reserve the right to reject or remove submissions that violate these Terms or are deemed inappropriate.

 

7. Intellectual Property

  • Requests for cancellations must be sent by e-mail to info@ywpeu2026.com. The cancellation and refund policy is as follows:
  • Cancellation requests sent before April 10, 2026 – full refund.
  • Cancellation requests sent between April 11 & May 1, 2026 – refund minus a € 50,00 processing fee for the cost of wire transfers.
  • Cancellation requests sent after May 1, 2026 – no refund, since payments will have already been made to the conference venues based on the numbers of registrants.
 


8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You may view, download, and print content for personal, non-commercial use only.
